Location Remote (Ideally 1 day a week in Spalding – can claim expenses)
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, customer-focused support, handling every call with professionalism, care, and efficiency.

Take ownership of issues, prioritising based on service level and business-critical needs and ensuring rapid, effective resolution.

Drive proactive improvements – from refining infrastructure and enhancing security to reducing support calls with smart, forward-thinking solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor, offering cost-effective recommendations and consultancy-level guidance to the business.

Share your knowledge and expertise, contributing to team training, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Uphold and enhance IS standards and policies while ensuring best practice in security and compliance.

A strong technical background in servers, networks, security, and infrastructure management.

Proven ability to solve complex problems, often taking on the toughest challenges.
