APPLYING WITH US
Proud to be part of the team
We’re excited that you want to join us. And we hope you’re ready for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. So, to help you understand how our selection process works, here’s a brief guide to what you can expect.
-
Our selection process
At interview stage this is where you’ll meet a hiring manager, so that they can assess you. You’ll usually be asked to complete a range of exercises. And, if you’re applying for a weekly paid operative or factory role, you’ll receive a factory tour too.
-
HOW TO APPLY
Just search for a vacancy and apply online. We’ll review your CV and if you’ve the skills we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch for a telephone interview.
If that goes well, your CV will be passed to the hiring manager and they’ll decide whether to invite you to an interview.
If you’re not selected, we’ll give you feedback as to why that is.
If you are invited to an interview, we’ll let you know of our decision, with full feedback, as soon as possible after it.
