WHEN TO RAISE A CONCERN
You may wish to raise a concern if you experience:
- Unprofessional conduct during interviews or interactions.
- Concerns about fairness or bias in the selection process.
- Any other matter that has affected your candidate experience.
DETAILED PROCESS STEPS
STEP 1: INITIAL CONTACT
Contact your Talent Acquisition Partner
If you have any concerns about your interview process, we encourage you to raise these directly with your assigned Talent Acquisition contact in the first instance. They are best positioned to understand the specifics of your application and can often resolve matters quickly and efficiently.
What to expect:
- Acknowledgment of your concern within 2 business days.
- A thorough review of your feedback.
- Clear communication about next steps and timelines.
- A commitment to finding a fair resolution.
STEP 2: MANAGER ESCALATION
Escalate to the Talent Acquisition Manager
If your concern remains unresolved after speaking with your initial Talent Acquisition contact, or if you feel your matter requires additional attention, you may escalate your concern to the relevant Talent Acquisition Manager.
What to expect:
- A fresh perspective on your concern.
- Additional investigation if required.
- Direct communication about the resolution process.
- Updates on progress and outcomes.
STEP 3: LEADERSHIP REVIEW
Final escalation to Talent Acquisition Lead
For matters that require the highest level of review, or if previous steps have not resolved your concern, you may escalate to our Talent Acquisition Lead for final consideration.
What to expect:
- Comprehensive review of your entire case.
- Final determination on resolution.
- Clear communication of outcomes and any follow-up actions.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CONCERN
When raising a concern at any stage, please provide:
- Your full name and the position you applied for.
- Details of your concern, including dates and names where relevant.
- Any supporting documentation or correspondence.
- Your preferred method of contact for follow-up.
OUR RESPONSE COMMITMENT
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your concern within 2 business days.
- Investigation: We will conduct a thorough and impartial review of your feedback.
- Communication: We will keep you informed of progress and provide regular updates.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve most concerns within 14 business days.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-RETALIATION
- All complaints will be handled with appropriate confidentiality.
- Your decision to raise a concern will not negatively impact current or future applications.
- We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and without bias.
- All parties involved will be treated with respect throughout the process.
