Instructions for Internal Bakkavor Job Applicants

For Salaried Colleagues

1. Log In First:

• Use your EMPLOYEE LOGIN at the top right corner before starting your job search.
• This grants access to internal job postings and opportunities for current employees.
• When you are correctly logged in, you will see “MY ACCOUNT” at the top right corner.

2. Review Job Listings:

• Scroll down to the "SEARCH JOBS" section at the bottom of the page.
• Find positions matching your qualifications and career goals.

3. Submit Your Application:

• Submit through the MyHR portal, ensuring all information is accurate.

For Weekly Employees Seeking Salaried Roles

1. Do Not Use Employee Login:

• Search for the job on the public careers site without using your employee login.

2. Create a Careers Site Profile:

• Use a personal email to create a profile and upload your application via the MyHR portal.

3. For Internal-Only Roles:

• If a job is internal-only, contact HR or Talent Acquisition for a private apply link.

For Weekly Employees Seeking Weekly Roles

1. Consult Your Line Manager or HR:

• Do not search for weekly roles on the public careers site.
• Speak with your line manager or HR about the internal job change process.

2. Follow Internal Procedures:

• Follow the instructions provided by your manager or HR and complete all required forms.
