  • 12-Month Paid Placement: Our industry placements, in a variety of functions, starting in July, provide hands-on experience and a chance to understand the many facets  of our business.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, LIEFECYCLE & CATEGORY MANAGEMENT PLACEMENT

 

Focus: Bringing new products and recipes to market as well as learning all aspects of the product lifecycle.
 

Activities: Managing critical paths, ingredient sourcing, costings, and product development.
 

Skills Developed: Product management, market trends, ingredient sourcing.

Each placement offers a unique chance to gain practical experience and develop skills relevant to different career paths in the food manufacturing industry. UNDERGRADUATE PLACEMENT

Benefits:
 

  • Salary: £22,500 per annum (with additional allowance for London placements).

Requirements:
 

  • Degree: Currently studying for an honour’s degree or equivalent qualification. For Food Technology and Product Development, Lifecycle & Category Management placements, a technical, food-related, or food science-based degree is required.
  • Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility: Willing to relocate and adapt to different locations as required.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business and commercial principles.
  • Commuting: Ability to commute to the assigned site and cover travel costs; ensure you check distances and transport options beforehand.
