About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Change Coordinator for the Project. The Coordinator will be a transformation professional, with a strong and demonstrable experience delivering large, multi-year, business critical transformations.
The Change Coordinator is overall responsible for managing critical change management interventions, covering stakeholder engagement, engagement tracking, impact assessments and the change management plan the intent of minimizing business disruption and supporting the effective introduction of S4 Hana across the business to an engaged stakeholder group. The Change Coordinator will also work directly with the Programme Director on driving a positive culture through the Vision Programme team through events and other culture interventions.
As a dynamic, self-starter, the individual will have the ability to communicate with, and influence senior stakeholders, and build critical relationships in the business to foster high degrees of trust and collaboration.
We are looking for
Qualifications:
- Some experience of managing change management on large-scale transformation programmes.
- ‘Big four’ consulting experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of change management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must Have:
Skills & Experience:
- Able to influence without formal authority (persuasive, consensus builder, good communicator).
- Experience of running change impact assessments and managing execution of change interventions.
- Events experience.
- Ability to shift culture through change interventions.
- Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and ability to see the ‘big picture’.
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience of working in large scale transformation programmes underpinned by technology transformation would be preferred.
- Previous experience of working to support an ERP implementation, specifically with S/4 HANA preferred.
Knowledge:
- Proficient in project management processes and associated tools (e.g. Microsoft project, Jira).
- Deep understanding of how to manage change relating to technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of change management processes, specifically stakeholder management, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.

- Logical, analytical, and multi-tasking.
- Highly people focused.
- Must be able to think and plan strategically; yet possess a detail-oriented, pragmatic management approach.
- Ability to travel to sites across the UK as required.
