Hygiene Technician Evening and Night Shift

Full Time, Permanent, and Weekly paid on Fridays.

Shift/Pay:

Evening Shift 3pm-11pm, 4 on 2 off: £13.09 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

Night Shift 10pm-6am, 4 on 2 off: £14.08 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

In our Tilmanstone Salads site we produce first class Salad’s products including leafy salad bags, leafy salad bowls, takeaway salad meals, prepared vegetables & side dishes for one of our most prestigious customers in our state-of-the-art factory.

The Role:

The Hygiene team is vital to our business. Not everything can be done by machinery and that’s where YOU come in! As our business’ key selling point is handcrafted products it is essential that we have hard working committed people working within our team.

The typical day of a Hygiene Technician involves working in a small team to all achieve a common goal working closely with the Team Leaders and the Production team to achieve the best we can and supply the customer with what the standard of product they require.

We manufacture lots of different products within the business; we make over a diverse range of products so there is lots of variety.

As a Hygiene Technician you will be responsible for chemicals and cleaning equipment, you will be mixing  and administering chemicals for cleaning machines, production lines and production areas. Additionally, you will undertake all paperwork necessary.

You will be a team player, resilient and will be able to adapt to a factory environment as it can be busy, pressured, cold and wet. Your safety is our priority and to ensure this we will provide you with training and the relevant personal protective equipment.  You must cooperate with the business in their objective to positively impact the environment and follow established environmental procedures when performing tasks and using equipment and materials.
