Hygiene Operative

Full Time, Permanent, and Weekly paid on Fridays.

Shift/Pay:

Evening Shift 3pm-11pm, 4 on 2 off: £12.73 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

Tilmanstone Salads, Millyard Way Pike Road Industrial Estate Eythorne, Dover CT15 4NL

In our Tilmanstone Salads site we produce first class Salad’s products including leafy salad bags, leafy salad bowls, takeaway salad meals, prepared vegetables & side dishes for one of our most prestigious customers in our state-of-the-art factory.

The Role:

We manufacture a wide range of high-quality fresh prepared food. And, although our production lines are fast-paced and high-pressured, our cleaning schedule means that the lines will always stop completely for you to clean them. So, from a full deep clean which will involve taking machinery apart and using chemicals, to routine regular cleans, you’ll keep everything spotless, signed off and maintained to the highest standards. You must cooperate with the business in their objective to positively impact the environment and follow established environmental procedures when performing tasks and using equipment and materials.

It can be complicated and physically challenging stuff. Especially with audit requirements and customer expectations to exceed. We are looking for hardworking people, willing to learn and keen to progress. Ideally, you will have hygiene experience and understand all about food safety. You will also need to be comfortable wearing PPE, working in a factory environment and using cleaning chemicals.

In return, we will give you all the training you need to hit the ground running. We will also offer you the encouragement to develop your career and take it as far as you can, or as far as you want to go, within our large multinational company.
