Most of our roles are in processing department.

Deli: 3's and 2's fixed days (6:00-17.15, 6:30-17:45)

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

We manufacture a wide range of high-quality fresh prepared food. Which means, our production lines are non-stop. So, you’ll be kept busy checking product quality and making our food. You’ll enjoy plenty of variety too. Whether you’re creating dips, wraps, soups and sauces or cutting and bagging fruit, cutting and bagging fruit or mixing dressed salads and stir fry, you’ll be right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-pressured environment, helping us to consistently manufacture and deliver to top supermarkets across the UK.

Process consists of three areas - veg prep, cooking and mixing, The role of process is to receive RAW materials and process them into finish product ready for packing. As a Process Operative you should be bale to correctly and safely set up, visually inspect and operate are machinery. You should be able to fill in relevant paperwork correctly and adhere to required standards.

We’re looking for hardworking people, willing to learn and keen to progress. Familiar with the demands of a fast-paced production environment, you’ll have a good understanding of food safety best practice.
