In this busy and exciting role, you will manage all aspects of administration with regards to the Group Reward team, with a particular focus on the ‘MyReward’ benefit platform for both salaried and weekly paid colleagues.

 

This will include updating the system with starters and leavers and the impact on associated benefits; supporting with the annual benefit renewal process for salaried colleagues and assisting with communications to employees to drive awareness and understanding.

 

Role Accountabilities

 

  • Accountable for the MyReward system and associated day to day management as well as weekly and monthly uploads; new starter windows; updating of benefit information on a periodic basis; and general system administration
  • Lead for the management of the annual benefit window including the associated colleague communications and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Ensuring flexible benefit details and costs are provided for salary sacrifice and payroll deduction purposes and ensuring benefits are accurately assigned in MyReward
  • Managing the subsequent enrolment to the various benefits i.e. private medical insurance; health assessments; life assurance; health cash plan etc through liaising with the external providers and our insurance benefit broker
  • Subject matter expert for the Death in Service (DIS) process, working with site contacts and the Trustee Directors to ensure life assurance payments are made to beneficiaries in a timely fashion
  • Provide support and administration relating to the annual pay and bonus review processes and updating MyReward as required. Uploading of Loyalty Bonus information on an annual basis to those in the plan.  Preparation of data for mail merge purposes as required
  • Take a role in the promotion and communications of new and existing benefits to help raise awareness of the benefit offer
  • Contributing to Reward projects and initiatives both as a member of team but also to enable learning and development
  • Acting as the main contact for the Group Reward shared inbox, dealing with queries in a timely manner and escalating as appropriate
  • Provide management information and reporting for Reward KPIs on a quarterly basis as well as any ad hoc reporting required
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders in support of the management of the different Reward, Corporate and Overseas budgets.  Annual recharges for the relevant benefit costs including Private Medical Insurance, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Personal Accident Insurance.  Monthly Recharges include Executive Health Screening.

 

About you

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Ideally experience working with systems
  • Excellent numerical skills and strong analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and experience of engaging with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Knowledge:

 

  • A level of understanding of benefits would be ideal
  • To hold (or be working towards) a level 3 CIPD HR qualification is preferred
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus a strong general systems orientation.
