Site - Predominately Newark with 1-2 Days per month at Crewe

Hybrid - 3 office 2 working at home

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Team as a Commercial Account Executive. Reporting to the Commercial Controller and working alongside the Commercial Manager this role will support the Commercial Team and is key in terms of supporting the administration and analysis for the function.

 

For the right individual the role gives real opportunity to interact with all elements of the business, building and growing Commercial knowledge and acumen. This role will build the foundation of Commercial understanding which could lead to potential career progression within the commercial team.

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities

 

  • Commercial document owner - ensuring all information is always correct - Promotions, New Launches, Amends and Delists / Key Customer Commercial Bible ownership - updating as required
  • Collation of weekly reporting data for Key Customer commercial team, attendance of weekly sales and operation meetings & providing associated analysis on performance.
  • In conjunction with Commercial Controller and Commercial Manager responsible for updating required price changes on the internal systems
  • Consist accurate product change communication to relevant parties
  • Supports team on invoice / pricing queries 
  • Supports the team with price changes on customer system
  • Works with wider team to generate and manage Brexit coding systems
  • Supports the team with new product set up and price changes on customer system, signs off artwork for new products / product changes
  • Supports Commercial Controller(s) with NPD projects / Costing analysis and commentary. Sets up templates and coordinates Post Launch Review Meetings
  • In conjunction with Commercial team work cross functionally on specific projects to deliver a benefit for Bakkavor / Key customers
  • Supports wider Key Customer team with group collation of information
  • Builds relationship with relevant site contacts to ensure promotions, product launch and systems set up for launches and manages day to day queries
