Job Purpose
Work as part of the Development team to support the administration of the Development Activity.
Role Accountabilities:
- Business Communication: has relationships with relevant functions to support the Development process activity
- Customer: Supports hospitality for customer and high-profile visits
- Facilities: Ensures working environment e.g. kitchen/office is maintained to acceptable standard
- Product Development Cycle: Completes routine administrative tasks including courier bookings, writing product labels, copy product data e.g. title/weights/ingredient decs from online/back of pack in to pre-agreed templates
- Product Development Cycle: Collation of ingredients, samples and packaging in response to requests from the relevant Development team. Review standard factory product against factory QAS and escalate to Technical where non-compliance, ensure these are sent to the relevant development kitchen via courier against agreed timescales.
- Product Development Cycle: Supports the development function with shopping requirements and collecting samples arriving on site for site based tasks/meetings from Goods In/Reception.

Person Profile:
You will be organised, flexible and self-motivated.
