The Customer Service Administrator supports aspects of supply to the business and our customers. They help with continuity of supply to internal and external Customers. The individual would help with sales orders for finished goods, storage and transportation services.

  • Coordinate with off-site logistics centers, supplier and vendors to meet deadlines and track all shipments
  • Identifies any Customer service issues and takes appropriate action.
  • Checks the delivery status with the carriers and ensures all delivery will occur on time and escalate if any issues are to occur.
  • Establish and maintain logistics procedures and systems and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Liaises with carriers and monitors all deliveries to our customers are on time in full.
  • Makes/co-ordinates delivery appointments where applicable.




  • Experience with inventory software, warehouse, shipping, and production experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory software preferred
  • Ability to operate a computer using Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Experience in food industry preferred.
