What we do.
A fantastic opportunity for a Process Administrator has arisen at our manufacturing site based in Old Leake, Boston. The site employs over 700 people and specialises in making chilled Italian ready meals and pasta salads products for a dedicated customer.
This role is a vital part of our Process team. A Process Administrator is responsible for managing, overseeing, and supporting various processes within the organization to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently. While the role is primarily administrative, it requires a strong understanding of business processes and how they interact across different departments.
Accountabilities:
- Complete all admin on time accurately and ensure that all relevant paperwork is filed and archived to support due diligence.
- Administration of site Quality Management System/Process development system, and associated control documents including relevant factory paperwork and other process systems
- Co-ordination of Process KPIs and trial information, and subsequent generation of internal and external reports.
- General office duties, e.g. documentation management and control, maintenance of Process team equipment requirements, administration of ordering and receipts for purchases / repairs, assisting in the preparation of customer site visits.
- Operate in a safe working manner whilst supporting the site/business on continuous improvement relating to health, safety and the environment
About you.
- You will be able to work effectively within a team environment and also on your own
- Good knowledge of Word, Access and Excel packages. You will be required to generate procedures, graphs, contact reports, minutes, and presentations
- Be a good communicator (written & oral) within team, some areas of site, and with retailers
- Have good problem-solving skills and able to raise issues promptly with relevant personnel
- Be able to work under pressure and meet the demanding deadlines of the role
