What you’ll be doing:

 

This role ensures that Group Services colleagues at Greencore are provided with specific and relevant development to be able to fulfil their roles effectively and safely.

The Group L&D function collaborate with Group Services departments to develop learning opportunities within their teams that drive business improvements.

 

Role accountabilities:

 

  • Understanding the purpose and responsibilities of Group Service teams and how they support the core manufacturing business
  • Partner with Group Service teams to understand and facilitate role specific learning requirements.
  • Partner with the relevant functional teams to proactively keep up to date with compliance-based requirements across group services staff. 
  • Coordinate, develop and facilitate a range of internal training based on the needs of Group Service teams.
  • Partner with the Systems, Performance and Design teams to produce any new training resources that may be required and digitalise relevant records for Group Service 
    teams
  • Track the progress of learners, share relevant metrics with business stakeholder and provide coaching support where needed
  • Proactive stakeholder management and the ability to flex style to positively influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage relevant internal Subject Matter Experts to deliver preidentified learning objectives. 
  • Drive engagement of learning platforms and resources across the organisation and manage associated administration.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Experience of working within learning and development.
  • Experience facilitating training courses
  • Effective presentation skills – both oral and written
  • The ability to prioritise various workstreams.
