What you’ll be doing 

  
We are seeking a Systems Associate to join our Learning Team.  

 

Are you a problem solver with a passion for technology and great customer service? Join our Systems & Support team and play a key role in supporting and improving systems across the organisation. 

 

In this role, you'll administer, provide support, resolve system issues, analyse data, produce reports, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure our systems operate effectively and deliver value to the business. 

You'll also contribute to projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  
  • Delivers excellent customer service.  
  • Can manage priorities and work independently. 
  • Enjoys working with systems, data, and stakeholders.  
  • Is keen to learn and develop in a systems-focused role.  
  • Willingness to travel to other sites or locations within the UK as required.  
  • Demonstrates at least intermediate MS Excel abilities in terms of knowledge, skill, speed, and accuracy.  
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail regarding grammar, punctuation, and numeracy.
