What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a Systems Associate to join our Learning Team.
The key purpose of this role is to administer and maintain existing content, users and data within the current LMS and other systems such as Group LMS, Performance and Goals, Succession and Planning etc for the entire organisation.
You will also be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, to build credibility and become a trusted partner

Willing and able to travel to other UK sites or locations when required.

Highly organised, with strong task and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Demonstrates at least intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills, with a focus on knowledge, efficiency, speed and accuracy.

High attention to detail, particularly in relation to grammar, punctuation and numerical accuracy.

Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a logical, structured and methodical approach.
