Product Lead (N&DC)

Lead and develop teams, including setting objectives, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement

Own the full product lifecycle (strategy, backlog, prioritisation, launch, optimisation, and retirement)

Define, analyse, and prioritise business and technical requirements for medium-complexity initiatives

Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (agile and/or plan-driven)

Design customer-focused product propositions informed by data, market insight, and business capability

Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing, challenging, and building effective relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Apply a commercial and analytical mindset, with experience in cost-benefit analysis, business case support, and aligning solutions to strategic objectivesExperience managing third-party suppliers, including performance monitoring, contract adherence, and driving service improvement

Identify root causes of complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable solutions

Support product launches, communications, and change activities, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagementStrong understanding of governance, compliance, and organisational processes

Willingness to travel to UK and international sites as required
- Degree, relevant professional qualification, or equivalent practical experience in IT/Product environments
- Proven experience across the full product lifecycle, with strong commercial awareness and understanding of product value and profitability
- Experience delivering technology change or projects (Agile and/or structured delivery environments)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively at all levels
- Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and market context, with the ability to align solutions to strategic goals
- Experience working with IT infrastructure, platforms, and services (e.g. cloud, SaaS, suppliers, and internal systems)
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise, including requirements gathering, process modelling, option evaluation, and root cause analysis
- Experience contributing to business cases, procurement activities (e.g. RFPs/ITTs), and supplier/service management
- Comfortable working within governance frameworks, with awareness of standards, compliance, and security considerations
- Strong commercial, organisational, and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Skilled in building relationships across cross-functional and technical/non-technical teams, adapting style to suit different audiences
- Awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and their application within a global business context
