The SAP Process Expert (OTC) is a key contributor to the transformation and optimization of Order to Cash processes, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA migration and adoption of SAP Fiori applications. This role plays a key part in ensuring that OTC processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with strategic business goals, while enabling a smooth transition to the future SAP landscape.

The SAP Process Expert supports the development of best-in-class process performance, maturity, and customer (both internal and external) satisfaction and works very closely with the Finance Shared Services (FSS) Team in ensuring that the services are delivered as per agreed SLAs. 

What you'll be doing:
  • Support the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of end-to-end OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing and receivables
  • Collaborate with business units to identify inefficiencies and implement SAP-enabled solutions that drive value and standardisation
  • Ensure integration with upstream and downstream processes (e.g., commercial, finance, logistics)
  • Serve as the OTC process lead in the SAP S/4HANA migration program
  • Support fit-gap analysis, data cleansing, and process harmonisation activities
  • Work closely with implementation partners and internal teams to validate functional designs and configurations
  • Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live support
  • Champion the adoption of SAP Fiori apps relevant to OTC processes (e.g., Manage Sales Orders, Track Billing Documents, Credit Overview)
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure Fiori apps are properly configured, tested, and deployed
  • Provide training and support to end users on Fiori app usage and benefits
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to align stakeholders on process changes and system capabilities
  • Ensure OTC processes comply with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Play a key role in the delivery of ad hoc projects as part of the Transformation agenda as required, ensuring deliverables are achieved within timescales and budget
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong experience in SAP OTC processes, including SD module configuration and integration with FI
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in OTC-related functionalities
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and their role in enhancing user experience and process efficiency
  • Proven track record in supporting SAP transformation or migration projects
  • Excellent understanding in the end to the end OTC process
  • Good understanding of OTC leading practices, tools & enablers including hands on experience in implementing these leading practices and realising tangible benefits
