Ways of Working Hybrid (2 – 3 days on site with travel to manufacturing sites as needed) 

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 – 17.00

About the role

Bakkavor has set the vision to build a world class SAP solution, through Project Vision, that delivers outstanding customer and colleague experience, technology innovation, integrated & comprehensive solutions to ensure our operations run without impact. 

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Change and Communications lead for the Project.

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced transformation professional, with a strong and demonstrable background delivering large, multi-year, business critical transformations.

In this busy and exciting role, you will undertake overall responsible for leading the entire portfolio of change management interventions, covering stakeholder engagement, communications, role mapping, process visualization and training on Project Vision - with the intent of minimizing business disruption and supporting the effective introduction of S4 Hana across the business to an engaged stakeholder group.

As a dynamic, self-starter, the individual will have the ability to communicate with, and influence senior stakeholders, and build critical relationships in the business to foster high degrees of trust and collaboration.
 

Role Accountabilities

• Responsible for the overall change management strategy and how that brings together the workstreams of change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
• Responsible for delivering change impact assessments throughout the lifecycle of the project and associated change mitigation plans
• Ensure quality outputs and use of best practice tools, templates and methodologies across all change enablement workstreams
• Provide regular status updates as part of the project reporting cadence.
• Own the overall ‘narrative’ for Project Vision and ensure the provision of high-quality communications plans and assets in collaboration with the comms lead
• Oversee the planning and execution of the communications plan, ensuring full integration with other workstreams and alignment with critical path activities
• Take responsibility for overall stakeholder management plan, and progress reporting in relation to stakeholder engagement
• Take overall accountability for the effective provision of high-quality training which is exactly suited to the needs of Bakkavor stakeholders in collaboration with the training lead
• Take responsibility for developing the strategy to ensure that all training attributes remain relevant and up to date in the future.
• Oversee the deliver of all process visualisations in collaboration with the process leads.
• Provide quality assurance on effective completion of role mapping activities
• Take responsibility for developing strategies to ensure process visualisations and role mapping activities are designed in a way that they are sustainable practices and future fit (e.g. including exploring the use of technology to support with this)
