What you'll be doing
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a data driven individual to become part of the finance team at our London site. This role is ideal for someone who has an analytical mind, who can look at data and spot variances and process in a timely manner. All though financial experience is ideal it is not essential, what is important is the ability to work accurately at pace in a deadline orientated business where turnaround times are tight and ever changing.
You will be handling large sets of data, checking for anomalies and manipulating the data ensuring it’s correct to go out in formalised reports to the business. Attention to detail is paramount as these reports drive key financial decisions for the business. This is an admin heavy role with high touch points of data manipulation and analysis that demands a high attention span coupled with strong Excel skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Preparation and analysis of key management accounting reports (Labour efficiency and Material Variance).
- Part code and product BOM set-ups.
- Business partnering with key factory personnel.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communicator who can work on their own initiative
- Previous experience within a similar data analysis, stock controller or financial analysis/admin role
- Strong attention to detail and attention span skills
- Computer Literate in Microsoft packages (Competent Excel user)
