Shift: Tuesday - Friday - Days

Hours: 07:00 – 17:30

What we do.
This particular role is at our Bakkavor Meals site, based in Bourne and specialises in preparing fruit, leafy salads, and stir fry mixes. It employs over 1,200 people and is only 16 miles from Peterborough and 12 miles from Spalding.

About the Role

The job involves installation of equipment and continues improvement projects to a very high standard. The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership for the projects is essential.

Projects are often delivered against tight timescales so flexibility may be required.

About you.

• Completed an Engineering apprenticeship and is a skilled Fabricator.
• Ideally you will have problem-solving skills, a can-do approach and high personal standards.
• Similar experience in the food industry is required.
• Electrical experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
