An exciting opportunity has become available for a Kitchen assistant at our Salads site based at Bo'ness, Scotland.
 
 
Key Accountabilities:
 

• Keeping kitchens clean and tidy, keeping relevant documentation updated including the Kitchen Assistant daily and weekly cleaning schedules and Knife log.
• Stocking of raw materials to be used in kitchens and effective stock rotation. Keeping the ingredients log up to date daily/weekly.
• Collects ingredients, products and packaging samples from the factory for technologists and chefs
• Help to organise samples requested by customer, prepares samples as instructed, wrapping, packing and labelling.
• Assists with customer visits – Preparing & serving lunches and refreshments for visitors as well as organising the rooms and clearing up.
