Procurement

Finance
Driving change and operating at the heart of our business, finance is key to our day-to-day operations and decision making. From corporate reporting and investor relations to working with commercial teams to develop our next new product range – it’s exciting stuff. We’ll empower and support you to succeed in a wide range of roles and career paths. You just need to be part or fully AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified to join us.
Commercial
We’re the face of Bakkavor. We build business links with the UK’s largest grocery retailers and work closely with Marketing and Development to immerse ourselves in customer insight. It’s fast-paced, challenging, but never boring. Teamwork, trust, energy, and strategic thinking play a vital role in everything we do. Working with us, you’ll gain exposure to all areas of our business, operate across a variety of categories, and drive further success for yourself and for us.
Marketing
We work with the UK’s largest food retailers to identify market trends and consumer needs. We then share this market and consumer insight with our Commercial and Development teams. By researching and analysing data in this way, we gain an understanding of why shoppers purchase the products they do, which in turn influences our innovative product ranges. It’s exciting. It’s future focused. And you can join us in our Insight, Customer or Futures team (or a combination of all three).
Development
Creativity and a passion for food are a must in Development. Taking chef-inspired ideas, we transform them into commercially viable products that will fly off supermarket shelves. We support and assist other development teams across the Group when needed too. We look for efficiency, consistency, and an eye for detail, as you’ll be conducting market research and developing new products to meet customer-specific needs.
